Syarat pertandingan
1. ELIGIBILITY AND CONTEST PERIOD
o 1.1. The Pertandingan #ProjectPersonRQ Roda Pusing Dan Clarion [the "Contest"] is organized by Roda Pusing and is open to -
• 1.1.1. are residents of Malaysia;
• 1.1.2. are at least 18 years of age.
o 1.2. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest-
• 1.2.1. permanent or contract employees of Roda Pusing/Clarion and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses);
• 1.2.2. representatives, employees and/or agents of the content, advertising, Contest services providers for this Contest and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses);
• 1.2.3. In the event anyone of these people participates in the Contest and turns out to be the winner, the corresponding award will not be granted and it will pass to the corresponding Runner-up winner who deems eligibility.
o 1.3. The Contest will commence from 21th of June 2017 and end on the 15th of July 2017 (Inclusive) [“Contest Period”].
o 1.4. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the terms and conditions applicable for the use of the content, Pertandingan #ProjectPersonRQ Roda Pusing Dan Clarion, including terms and conditions for the use of the relevant content, Pertandingan #ProjectPersonRQ Roda Pusing Dan Clarion as set out on Roda Pusing Facebook post shall apply to you. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in you being disqualified from the Contest.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION/PERSONAL DATA
o The personal information/personal data supplied by participants when entering and participating in this Contest will be used by Roda Pusing in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Participants shall ensure that all personal information/personal data provided to Roda Pusing are accurate and correct at the point of submission and that Roda Pusing is kept informed and updated of any change in their personal information/personal data.

3. PRIZES
o 4.1. Prizes
• The winning Participants will be chosen by a panel
• 4.2. Winning Conditions
• 4.2.1. The eligible Participant can win only one (1) prize.
• 4.2.2. A Participant that participated in the Contest with elements of unfair competition, illegal business practices, consumers' rights violation and/or more similar elements shall not be eligible for prizes and any prizes won by these participants shall immediately be forfeited and awarded to the corresponding runner-ups.
• 4.2.3. Roda Pusing has the right to not allow the participation in the Contest of individuals, who try to influence or have influenced (directly or indirectly) the point collection procedure by ways, which are not specified herein.
• 4.2.4. The winner of the Prize ("the Winner") will be notified within 60 working days after the Contest ends. Roda Pusing shall not be responsible or liable if the Winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by Roda Pusing to contact the Winner. If Roda Pusing is unable to reach the Winner, Roda Pusing reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and to select the next Participant as winner of the prize.
• 4.2.5. The Prizes provided cannot be substituted with other rewards.
• 4.3. Prize Delivery
• 4.3.1. All winners must present a valid Malaysian Identification Card (NRIC) that is registered to the Contest.
• 4.3.2. Winners will have to collect the prize from an authorized Clarion dealer of their choice. Installation must be done at the said Clarion dealer for product warranty purposes. Warranty for the prize/product is void if the installation is not done with the said dealer.
• 4.3.3. Winners shall sign an acceptance letter, which will include their personal info, a copy of their ID, their approval for receiving the prize granted to them and their approval for their names and photos to be used for commercial purposes related to the Contest.
4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
o 5.1. Roda Pusing reserves the right to disqualify (as the case may be) that are not eligible or due to any reasons whatsoever as Roda Pusing may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
o 5.2. Roda Pusing' decision on all matters relating to the Contest will be final and binding.
o 5.3. Roda Pusing, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be liable to the Customer/Participant or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a Customer/Participant as a result of participation or non-participation in the Contest or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Roda Pusing.
o 5.4. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in you being disqualified from the Contest.
o 5.5. The laws of Malaysia shall in all respects govern the Contest. However, it shall be your sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that you comply with and do not contravene with any laws to which you may be personally subject to.
o 5.6. By participating in the Contest, Customers/Participants shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions of this Contest and the Customers'/Participants further: (i) agree to co-operate and comply with all reasonable requests of Roda Pusing in connection with the Contest; and (ii) agree to disclose personal details to Roda Pusing for the purpose of organizing, promoting and conducting the Contest.
o 5.7. Roda Pusing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer/Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest and/or its process or the operation of this Contest. Roda Pusing reserves the right to disqualify any Customer/Participant and/or to forfeit any prize and/or reward from a Customer/Participant it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Contest or the Contest submission process. Fraudulent activities are deemed to include, but is not limited to any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating.
o 5.8. Roda Pusing reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to add, alter, modify, change or vary the Contest terms and conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. Customers/Participants who participated in the Contest are deemed to have accessed Roda Pusing Facebook site and to have knowledge of and to have agreed to any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. The Customers/Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied or changed).
o 5.9. Customers are advised to constantly review the Contest terms and conditions uploaded on the Roda Pusing Facebook site. In the event of inconsistency between this Contest terms and conditions and the Contest terms and conditions uploaded on the Roda Pusing Facebook site Contest terms and conditions shall prevail.
o 5.10. Roda Pusing reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons thereto to cancel, terminate, postpone or suspend indefinitely the Contest.
o 5.11. Roda Pusing, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Roda Pusing.
o 5.12. A failure by Roda Pusing to enforce any of these Contest terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim by the Customer/Participant and/or any person.
o 5.13. Roda Pusing reserves the right to alter, amend and/or discontinue the Contest, Contest Period and the terms & conditions of the Contest without any prior notice.
o 5.14. Roda Pusing reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions to reflect changes in the market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities or for any other reason in our sole discretion which we may decide.
o 5.15. Participant shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents arising from their participation in the Contest and/or redemption of the Prizes, wherein Roda Pusing shall not be responsible and/or liable to the Participant for any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents arising from their participation in the Contest and/or redemption, acceptance of the Prizes.
o 5.16. In no event shall Roda Pusing, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to the Contest or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Contest and the Customers'/Participants' participation in the Contest including (without limitation) any cancellation, suspension, postponement or termination of the Contest by Roda Pusing.
o 5.17. Roda Pusing is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
